1. General provisions
1.1. These terms of use, hereinafter - the Terms of Use, are defined by the website www.careindustry.eu
1.2. SIA CareIndustry, registration no. 40203401220, address: Lubānas iela 41/5-90, Riga LV-1073, hereinafter - SIA CareIndustry, provides the content available on careindustry.eu and provides services in accordance with the Terms of Use.
1.3. The user is an able-bodied natural or legal person who purchases careindustry.eu or uses other careindustry.eu services. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 use careindustry.eu services only with the permission of a parent or guardian, except in cases where they have their own income.
1.4. If the User purchases goods offered by careindustry.eu, these Terms of Use are considered a legally binding document, which defines the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods, payment for them, as well as the conditions of delivery and return of goods.

2. Protection of personal data

If the User has provided inaccurate data in the registration form, CareIndustry Ltd. is not responsible for the incorrectness of the data and the resulting consequences and is entitled to demand compensation for direct losses from the User.
2.3. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the User agrees that notifications necessary for providing order, payment and delivery information will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
2.4. SIA CareIndustry guarantees that the User's data will be used only for the purpose of purchasing goods and direct marketing.
2.5. SIA CareIndustry undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data to third parties, except for the partners of SIA CareIndustry, who ensure the delivery of goods to the User, or provide other services related to the fulfillment of orders.
2.6. At the time of delivery of the product, the recipient of the product may be asked to present a personal identification document to identify the person's identity.
3. Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract
3.1. The product purchase agreement between SIA CareIndustry and the User is considered to be concluded from the moment the User selects the product(s), creates a shopping cart and clicks on "place order". The user is obliged to pay for the goods in accordance with the procedure and deadlines provided for in the Terms of Use.
3.2. Purchase contracts are registered and stored in the careindustry.eu database.
3.3. SIA CareIndustry agrees to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the address specified by the User, based on the conditions specified in Clause 5 of the Terms of Use.
3.4. If SIA CareIndustry fails to contact the User within 3 (three) business days after placing the order, the order is cancelled, the User receives money back only for the product, the delivery fee is not refunded.
3.5. In an emergency situation, when due to unforeseen circumstances, SIA CareIndustry cannot provide the product purchased from the online store careindustry.eu. SIA CareIndustry undertakes to offer a similar product. If the User does not agree, SIA CareIndustry shall refund the paid money as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
4. Product prices and payment procedure
4.1. Product prices in the careindustry.eu online store are indicated in Euros, VAT is included in the price.
4.2. The user pays for the goods in the following ways:
4.2.1. using the internet bank "bank-link" services;
4.2.2. with Bank transfer;
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. When choosing a delivery service, the user undertakes to specify the exact delivery address.
5.1.1 the goods can be delivered by SIA CareIndustry or its authorized representative;
5.1.2 The user undertakes to accept the goods from the courier;
5.2. SIA CareIndustry will do everything possible to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered as soon as possible.
5.3. If the User cannot be found at the delivery address specified by the User, SIA CareIndustry has the right to deliver the goods to any other adult at the specified address, but the User has no right to make any claims to SIA CareIndustry regarding the delivery of goods to an inappropriate person.
5.4. If the delivery of goods to the User is not possible due to the fault of the User or circumstances dependent on the User (the User has specified an incorrect address, the User cannot be found at the specified address, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.), the goods are not sent again, the order is canceled, the User receives money back only for the product , shipping is non-refundable.
5.5. After receiving the goods, the User or his representative checks the conformity of the goods with the ordered and signs the invoice, delivery note or other handover/acceptance document. By signing the invoice, delivery note or other delivery/acceptance document, the User or his representative confirms that the goods have been delivered in good condition. In all cases when the courier delivers the product to the User, if the packaging of the product is wrinkled, wet or otherwise damaged from the outside, the User must indicate (write a comment) in the confirmation of receipt of the shipment or write a separate document about such defects. The user must do this in the presence of the courier. SIA CareIndustry is not responsible for defects in the goods that were obvious at the time of delivery, but were not indicated in the goods delivery confirmation.
6. Quality of goods
6.1. The characteristics of all products sold by careindustry.eu are indicated in the product description for each product.
6.2. careindustry.eu products are subject to the warranty specified in the relevant legislation.
7. Return of goods
7.1. If the User is a consumer within the meaning of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (a natural person who purchases a product for a purpose that is not related to its economic activity), the User can use the right of refusal. In compliance with the provisions of the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts", the consumer has the right to return the purchased product to SIA CareIndustry within 14 calendar days.
7.2. The user informs SIA CareIndustry about the return by notifying it in writing (e-mail) indicating the object of return and the order number. When returning the product(s), the User can use the attached right of withdrawal form, and must specify the User's bank account number in his/her e-mail set with the form.
7.3. Goods are returned subject to the following conditions:
7.3.1. the returned item(s) must be in the original packaging;
7.3.2. the goods must not be damaged;
7.3.3. the goods have not been used, have not lost their commercial appearance (labels, safety films, etc.) (this does not apply to products already damaged during delivery);
7.3.4. the product to be sent back must be in the same condition as it was when the product was received;
7.3.5. SIA CareIndustry has the right to refuse to accept the product back if the deadlines for returning the products were not met;
7.3.6. The user must bear the cost of the return;
7.3.7. Refunds for returned goods are made only by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the user's return document.
7.3.8 The user is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The user is responsible for any kind of decrease in the value of the product, if the product has been used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including for a purpose other than to determine the product's characteristics or operation. The goods must be undamaged, undamaged (unremoved and undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.) and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same package as it was received, with the purchase document and other product accessories. 9. Exchange of information

10. Liability
10.1. SIA CareIndustry is released from any responsibility in all cases where losses occur due to the fact that the User-buyer acts contrary to the careindustry.eu usage procedure specified in these Terms of Use.
10.2. In case of damages, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damages.
10.3. SIA CareIndustry is not responsible for non-compliance of the color, shape or other parameters of the product shown in the images of the amarina.lv store with the actual characteristics of the product.
10.4. CareIndustry Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations or other defaults caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond CareIndustry Ltd.'s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, acts of war or national emergencies state, terrorist threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climate anomalies, non-performance by third parties, disruptions in the Internet connection, as well as failure of computer equipment and software. In case of such force majeure circumstances, SIA CareIndustry will try to eliminate the resulting delays as soon as possible.
11. Other provisions
11.1. The relationship between the User and SIA CareIndustry is governed by these Terms of Use, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
11.2. In case of any questions or disagreements, the User contacts SIA CareIndustry's customer service by phone or e-mail. All parties who have arisen disagreements shall be resolved by negotiation as much as possible. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
